Six women. One room. One intention. To learn, grow, develop, and co-create together.
We named a topic.
We took time to breathe and ground ourselves.
We shared.
We talked.
We listened and held space for each other.
And something happened in that space that we see every time we gather women together: we unmask and let our true selves come out.
In that space, we watch women energetically shift. The nervous system calms. The to-do list is silenced and the daily anxiety-ridden inner dialogue is dissolved. The space becomes primed for expansion and growth. Through our facilitation and coaching, the tools, and the flow, we see the women access parts of themselves that have been suppressed or hidden. We allow secret parts of themselves to come forward and have a voice. They remember parts of themselves that they have abandoned to work, life, conformity, and surviving. And as one woman begins to show up and share, it ripples around the space, and one by one, they become amplified.
These are amazing women who are successful in all measures of their lives, yet something is not fulfilling them. They have senior roles in the workplace and wear the mask of professionalism, performance-driven, and output-focused. They can channel their masculine energy easily, but it isn’t giving them the joy or excitement they had in their early careers.
In the space, they begin to remember their feminine power and strength once more. Their innate version of womanhood is welcomed, accepted, and actively encouraged.
They remember how much they care about others. They connect with their intuition, their emotional connection, their creativity, their whimsy, their desire to move, laugh, and dance. They begin to listen fully without the need to prove themselves or interrupt. They encourage each other. They share their truths and stories. And they celebrate each other.
And as they leave the space, they notice how spacious they feel within themselves. When they stop using energy to supress, they free up energy to expand, learn, and grow.

She learns to protect her boundaries and choose consciously and unapologetically.
