This is Karen writing, I’m just back from two weeks in Kefalonia, where I fully unplugged from work.
No emails, no updates – just deep rest, reflection, and reconnection.
As a leader, I’ve come to believe that legacy lives not only in the results we measure, but in the ones we feel.

Time away reminded me just how fast we’re all moving. While we’re called to create, we also need space to simply be – to reconnect with the part of ourselves that exists outside the push and the rush.
