Build Your Own Top Table of Wise Women
Leadership doesn't have to be lonely
Women in Leadership are often misunderstood and under appreciated. You’ve spent years climbing the ladder, often adapting to masculine-focused business models that prioritise logic over intuition and output over wellbeing. You can be "always on", decisive and assertive, but really, you know this isn't a sustainable version of you. You know you have other skills and strengths to offer and develop. The armour you wear to get the job done is heavy, leaving you exhausted, disconnected, and close to burnout.
Men have utilised masterminds and peer network for centuries. Now we bring you the Wise Women Lead Peer Groups, offering a different way to lead without isolation. The groups are effective because they combine the power of collective and social intelligence, with the benefits of personal accountability and support.
We create a space for you, as a woman in leadership, to drop the mask, reconnect with your innate wisdom and experience and offer it to others, so you can access the best thinking and do your best work. You learn to lead with both a strong back and a soft heart and with community.
Why join a Wise Women Peer Group?
Create your inner circle
Leadership is a lonely role, especially if you are one of the only women sat at the table. You don't have to do it alone. Instead of trying to fit in at a table not really made for you, form your own "top table" of trusted advisors and supporters who understand exactly what you are navigating.
Authentic growth, safely held
Experience a confidential space where you can explore challenges without judgement. Our networks are facilitated by exceptional coaches who ensure psychological safety is paramount. We dive into a topic each gathering, and as a group of brilliant, wise, skilled women, we have real conversations to find solutions.
Integrate head and heart
So many meetings move from problem to solution quickly. The immediate fix culture rarely gets to the heart of the problem, and misses the most brilliant solutions and ideas. At this table you get to be reflective and pragmatic. You can bring your whole heart and your head. You can be supported and supportive. Learn to lead, uniting your intellect with your intuition to become a more powerful, balanced leader.
Combat burnout
Often members arrive exhausted, heads full, and nervous system on overload. Simply entering the space feels like comfort and a chance to breathe. We do serious work in our sessions, focusing on real topics, and shifting to wise actions, yet the pace is different. You find the energy to lead again. Our holistic approach supports you to shift always on expectations and restore you so you can return with more energy, clarity and vitality.
The Benefits
These are the top benefits of a small, recurring circle of women peers who show up for each other, with guided conversations, kind and truthful feedback without ego, and gentle accountability. This is simply the woman's way.
- Coaching in community. Women are known for talking through their problems. When we feel safe to speak, we unravel the real problem, explore, and learn. We get feedback, support, challenge and advice. Every member is willing you to succeed.
- Peers magnify your progress. You learn a tip from one member, an approach from another. You hear personal stories that open your mind, and you open up your thinking. In conversation you discover meaningful change happens.
- Accountability changes behaviour. You know that when you tell a friend you are going to do something, your friend will ask how you are getting on. In peer groups, each member hears your longings, passions and commitments, You respect them and you don't want to let them down. Your group helps you develop.
- Collective Intelligence. When you gather with people outside of your normal group, you get a broad and diverse range of ideas, insights, and perspectives. You tap into collective intelligence of the whole.
- Psychological and relational safety is everything. Honest conversations with care just feel differently. When you gather with trusted advisors, with confidentiality, community, truth and heart, you can grow without limits.
How it works
1. Connect with us
Reach out to discuss your current leadership challenges and what you are looking for in a support network.
2. Find your circle
We match you with a group of women peer, either within your company, or as part of a cross industry group. You may be an individual or coming as part of an organisational cohort. We ensure a diverse yet aligned mix of experience so you harness the collective intelligence whilst feeling safe.
3. Rise together
The first group gathering with focus on designing how you want to be together, share your hopes and goals, and get to know each other. After that, you will be invited to a series of sessions, focusing on clear topics to explore, and then collectively converse, and you also get the opportunity to bring topics or problems you are experiencing, and the group can offer what you need. The sessions are designed to help you express, create, explore, and rise as the leader you were meant to be.
Frequently asked questions
Who are these networks for?
We support CEOs, HR leaders, and professional women aged 35-55 who are successful, yet feel isolated and often overwhelmed or doubting themselves. Whether you are self-funding your development or sponsored by your employer, there is a place for you here.
Is the group confidential?
Absolutely. We know you value privacy. Our circles are strictly confidential spaces where you can speak your truth without fear of it leaving the room.
I am extremely busy. Will I have time for this?
We know the demands on your time are high. Our networks are designed to be a source of energy, not a drain. We meet for a few hours every 6 weeks, online, and this is time carved out for you to take a breath, slow down, and find real solutions, so you can return to your role, and your life, with renewed focus.
Isn't this just traditional business coaching?
No. While we bring decades of corporate experience, we also integrate holistic wisdom. We find that in traditional business coaching, members arrive with their "professional" armour still on. We create a space where women can simply be women, who focus on their leadership, inner power, innate wisdom, and clarity. We believe true leadership power comes from the whole self, mind and body. It is the women's way.

Why Women Need This
Women have always gathered, communed, shared, and supported one another. Now we find ourselves succeeding in our careers, with few other women in senior leadership roles. The working world was designed by men, for men, and we have adapted to fit in. Yet, where men are naturally fixers, women tend to thrive in spaces where they can converse, listen, understand, and validate each other. For women to thrive, women need spaces where they can bring their whole selves, and do their best work.

Outcomes
Women who join our whole woman lead peer groups say they instantly feel lighter, clearer, and braver. They arrive with full minds, wired, and with a disregulated nervous system. They not only succeed in their careers, but often carry the emotional and physical labour in their personal lives. The group helps them slow down, ground themselves, and to share their challenges or concerns. Being heard without judgement, feeling seen and acknowledged, instantly calms them. They say they can do their best strategic thinking, and do their best work because of the group.
