Be a Womans Woman

How to be a woman's woman:

A woman's woman is someone who celebrates all that is womanhood.  A woman who embodies sisterhood, feminine strength, and admires other women, celebrates herself and others. She is known for her strength, resilience, wisdom, leadership, integrity, relational skills, and deep deep intuition. She is above all, authentically herself, and wants all women to be free to live life fully, as themselves, and sees the beauty in women.

Problem

Women have been kept out of society in so many ways. Our gatherings are ridiculed as unimportant, frivolous, or cute. Our work is given pet name like "Girl Boss", "Mumpreneur", minimising women who lead. We are told that we can't trust other women, we are mean girls, Queen Bees, or "Sleeping our way to the top". Our feminine strengths are labelled powerless and woo. The greatest insult of a young boy it to be a sissy, girly, or gay. We have been marketed to believe that our only worth is to be young, pretty, fertile, and to be consumed and subservient to men. We have forgotten how to be what we truly are - Powerful, Connected, Sovereign, Divine and Women.

Solution

Let us embrace woman. Let us celebrate our womanhood and become a woman's woman. In this world, at this time, no one else is going to champion us, so we need to do it for each other. Here is how.

Be the woman who celebrates another woman's success as if it were your own.

Be the woman who speaks of other women with kindness, whether they're in the room or not.

Be the woman who reminds another woman of her strength when she's forgotten it herself.

Be the woman who opens doors, shares opportunities, and makes room for others to rise alongside you.

Be the woman who chooses collaboration over competition, knowing there is enough success for everyone.

Be the woman who believes in another woman's dreams before she has the confidence to believe in them herself.

Be the woman who offers encouragement instead of judgement, curiosity instead of criticism, and compassion instead of comparison.

Be the woman who champions women with your words, your actions, and your presence every single day.

Be the woman who protects the dignity of other women, standing beside them rather than tearing them down.

Be the woman who leaves every woman feeling a little braver, a little more seen, and a little more powerful than before she met you.
