Uncharging your value

Whether you run your own business or are established in your career, are you really earning your value or are you giving more and receiving less.

You said yes to more responsibility and didn’t get a pay rise.

You quoted less than you wanted because you didn’t want to seem “too much.”

You over-delivered, over-explained, and under-charged and then wondered why you felt resentful.

It is time to realise your value, experience, knowledge, and brilliance and stop selling yourself short.

Stop giving away your best: your knowledge, your energy, your ideas for gratitude. Pre-emptively proving your worth to people who have not earned that level of access is not being an unapologetic woman, and all it does is lower your value to them.

The real cost of over-preparing and under-charging is not just money, but also your belief that you are enough, exactly as you are, without the performance.

It is time to own your brilliance and stop accepting less.

This Autumn, we are working with women who are ready to stop devaluing themselves and unapologetically ask for their worth. We want to close the pay gap, whether it is your annual salary, your bonus, or day rate. It starts with you believing in yourself, owning your value, and then asking for it.

Join us and begin living your unapologetic life.
